Each patient is unique! On your first visit to the office, you can expect Dr. Tarnoff to thoroughly go through your medical history, perform a comprehensive physical exam, answer your questions or concerns, and provide you with a clear treatment plan including goals and timeline expectations.
 
Please bring any prior imaging or reports you may have had in the past, if available.

Is chiropractic care safe for babies and children?

Yes. Pediatric chiropractic care is extremely gentle, using light touch and
specific techniques appropriate for your child’s size and developmental stage. Dr. Tarnoff has taken advanced training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association to better care for children of all ages.
While chiropractic is not a treatment for specific conditions, many babies see improvements in issues such as colic, nursing difficulties, sleep disturbances, digestive problems, and more after gentle chiropractic care.

Do you offer prenatal chiropractic care?

Absolutely. Dr. Tarnoff provides care throughout pregnancy. She uses the Webster Technique for optimal pelvic alignment and nervous system balance to support a more comfortable pregnancy and birth. She has been certified in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and loves helping women during this precious time of their lives.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a direct-pay practice, meaning we do not bill insurance. This allows us to focus entirely on your care without the limitations of third-party involvement. Dr. Tarnoff is happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement or HSA/FSA use.
