This is a difficult time for many reasons. In our attempt to ensure the safety of everyone and allow or office to continue to remain open to serve all of our patients, certain precautions must be taken. We are currently not accepting walk-in patients without an appointment. Masks are mandatory in the building. A contactless sign-in has been established. Once you enter the waiting area outside the office you will see a sign for Tarnoff Ideal. Simply scan the QR code on your phone or open your camera and point it at it and you will guided to sign in. A contactless temperature check will be given when you arrive. If a temperature reads 99.4 or above, you'll be asked to reschedule. You'll be sent a short COVID questionnaire 24 hours before your appointment. We hope you understand that these precautions are in place to ensure everyone is safe and able to get the care they need.

Appointments unable to be cancelled 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will have a $20 cancellation fee.

To schedule a free Zoom discovery call with Dr. Tarnoff, no credit card is necessary. Once you have decided to become a patient you will be directed to our scheduling system where a cc is needed to book your initial exam. Just as you would use a credit card to book a reservation, it is simply to hold your spot and also to follow through with the 12 hour $20 cancellation policy in place.
